Sweep is hiring a Sales Account Manager based in Paris. Positioned within the Customer Success team, this role is dedicated to driving the expansion of our existing customer base through strategic and proactive sales initiatives.
Sweep maps climate and ESG data across an entire business to reduce carbon emissions, improve social and environmental performance, and create audit-ready reports to run the best sustainability programs. Sweep empowers companies to build resilience to global challenges with technology.
Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?
You'll be responsible for creating strong relationships with customers, identifying needs and selling additional products and services to the existing customer base in order to meet revenue targets.
You will report to the Customer Success Team Lead and work closely with Customer Success Managers as well as the sales team.
To be more specific, this includes:
1. Expansion Opportunities 🔍
- Working closely with Customer Success Managers to respond to and identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products to existing customers to drive revenue growth.
- Analyzing customer data such as product usage, health scores and feedback to identify growth opportunities and planning targeted campaigns to existing customers.
2. Selling 🤝
- Engaging with existing customers by responding to inquiries about additional products and initiating proactive outreach through targeted campaigns. Preparing quotations and managing sales administration within Salesforce.
- Conducting high-level product demonstrations of Sweep modules, assess customer requirements, and coordinate with the Solution Engineer for detailed technical presentations.
3. Collaboration & Customer Advocacy 🌱
- Working closely with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer growth (for example working with product marketing for customer webinars, working with sales on demonstrations).
- Following up on customers needs, proactively showcasing the solutions that Sweep offers and collecting feedback to improve the product and its positioning.

Qualifications 🏆
- You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role such as an account executive or account manager in a SaaS company
- Fluent in French and English
- University degree in Business, Marketing or Sustainability
- Experience with customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce
