Job Summary:
The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building& managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets.
This role requires both hands-on sales execution (develop new clients / grow current ones) & team management; it reports to the CEO. It also requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales to large enterprise (> 1 B$ revenue).
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement with the CEO comprehensive sales strategies to meet business goals and drive growth.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing existing customer relationships.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Sales Process Optimization: Optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and sales methodologies.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey.
