We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the ideation, creation, management, distribution, and optimization of high-impact content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with founders, sales, product, and design teams to ensure our content drives growth, enhances brand presence, and resonates with our target audience.
Your mission will revolve around three key objectives:
Deeply understand our personas and their challenges.
Define and refine the editorial strategy.
Execute impactful campaigns—including event and community strategies—with the management of one team member.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Planning
Audience Understanding: Deeply understand our personas, their pain points, and what content resonates with them at each stage of their journey.
Editorial Strategy: Define and continually improve the editorial strategy to align with our overall marketing objectives.
Campaigns: Develop and execute impactful campaigns using a variety of formats such as videos, infographics, blog posts, and case studies.
Brand & Communication: Shape and maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints, ensuring that our content communicates our value proposition clearly.
2. Content Creation & Management
Content Production: Manage and oversee the production of diverse content types -videos, webinars, podcasts, blog posts, customer testimonials, … Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to produce high-quality content.
Hands-On Creation: Be ready to produce some pieces of content yourself—at the start, you’ll be highly involved to drive our content engine.
Content Distribution: Ensure content is published across appropriate channels (website, LinkedIn, newsletters) in a timely manner for maximum impact.
3. Event Creation & Management, Community-building
Management: Manage a event & community manager to ensure we animate our communities our finance experts
Strategy & Production: Define and continually improve the event strategy & playbook to align with our overall marketing objectives.
4. Performance & KPIs
Optimization: Optimize content for SEO, social media, and other distribution channels to increase visibility and engagement.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance using key metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales teams to produce content that supports closing deals ensuring that they have tools to drive customer engagement.
Innovation in Formats: Experiment with new content formats (e.g., video series, interactive content, community-building initiatives) to foster engagement
Expected Outcomes (Onboarding Period)
30 Days: You’ll be familiar with our personas, product offerings, and existing content. You will have taken over our LinkedIn page and begun developing our quarterly editorial plan for contents & events
60 Days: Our content & event factory will be in full operation, providing assets to nurture every stage of our customer acquisition funnel.
