Role Overview
As an Account Manager – Key Accounts at Qualifyze, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission by generating net new ARR through retaining and upselling existing customers. This role is critical to maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring that customers outsource as many of their audits to Qualifyze as possible.
As a regional Account Manager, you will act as a trusted partner for your assigned accounts, working collaboratively with internal teams and leveraging your expertise to help our clients succeed while growing Qualifyze's footprint within their organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Own the customer journey after the Account Executive closes the deal, ensuring a seamless handover and continuous value delivery.
Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your assigned accounts to achieve a 100% share of wallet.
Conduct outreach campaigns to existing clients via phone, email, and social touches to secure meetings and discuss opportunities.
Visit key accounts on-site (+€30k deal size) to strengthen relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, the supplier sales team, and operations to ensure audits are carried out successfully.
Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated with accurate data on deals, forecasts, and opportunities, following the current sales methodology.
Regularly submit forecasts for the following month, providing detailed visibility into pipeline health and deal progress.
Develop deep industry knowledge in auditing and the pharma sector to engage effectively with customers.
Proven track record in account management, customer success, or a related sales role, ideally within B2B or Life Sciences industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels.
Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing pipelines.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and driving results.
Nice to have: Experience in the pharma industry or knowledge of quality compliance and auditing processes.
