At Qualifyze we are expanding our Account Executive team in different markets! 🚀
As an Account Executive at Qualifyze, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our growth by winning new business and bringing exciting new logos on board. Your mission will be to showcase the value of our solutions, persuading prospects to sign subscription agreements with us. Additionally, you’ll work closely with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth handover process, helping customers outsource as many audits to us as possible.
We are currently hiring 3 Account Executives, each operating in a different market, and all will be based in Barcelona:

Main responsibilities:
Run outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social media. We do our own prospecting using LinkedIn, cold calling, and cold emails to generate new leads and sign new customers
Own the full 360-degree sales cycle, driving the process from prospecting to closing deals, Take charge of every step to make an impact and deliver results!
Collaborate with the SDR team to build a strong pipeline and maximize opportunities. Each Account Executive is provided with a pre-set list of prospects to target, working closely with market-specific SDRs to drive successful closures and achieve growth.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline while keeping the CRM accurate and up-to-date with all deals, enabling the team to make precise forecasts and strategic decisions.
Take ownership of building strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth and successful closing, seamless onboarding, and a seamless handover to the Account Management team.
Work closely with the market-specificAccount Management team, SDRs, supplier sales team, quality, operations, and marketing teams to ensure customers are delighted with our service.
Continuously develop expert knowledge of the auditing industry and Qualifyze's offerings.
Main requirements:
Proven track record as account executive within B2B.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels.
Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing pipelines.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and driving results.
Native language of the market is required.
Nice to have: Experience in the pharma industry or knowledge of quality compliance and auditing processes.
