As a Data Analyst at Blacklane, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and support the continuous improvement of our operations and services.

YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop reliable and accurate analytical workflows to create data models.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing and tracking analysis.
- Create Tableau reports.
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for advanced data modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and propose relevant metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Prior experience with Product domain is a plus.
