In this role, you will be responsible for supporting initiatives across various marketing channels to achieve monthly and annual targets for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and closed/won revenue. You will be involved in the entire marketing process, from top-of-funnel awareness and campaign execution to website optimization and collaboration with sales teams to drive conversions. Key Responsibilities: GTM Strategy Support Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies, tracking metrics to meet business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. Help justify and monitor the budget for marketing activities. Website Optimisation for Lead Generation Contribute to strategies that optimise the website for lead capture, focusing on enhancing landing pages, forms, and CTAs. Identify areas for improvement to boost conversions and user engagement. Ensure website messaging aligns with lead generation goals. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyse user behaviour and conversion data to spot opportunities for optimization. Participate in A/B testing and usability testing to improve conversion rates. Support the implementation of CRO strategies like personalised content and dynamic CTAs. Campaign Execution Help run organic and paid media campaigns to generate leads at a cost-effective rate. Assist in crafting and executing compelling campaigns across various marketing channels, from strategy to creative execution. Support targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns in collaboration with the sales team. Performance Monitoring and Analytics Analyse data to track website performance, user behaviour, and lead generation effectiveness. Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as traffic and conversion rates. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. User Experience (UX) Enhancement Work with designers and developers to improve website navigation and overall user experience. Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and easy to navigate across devices. Gather user feedback to inform UX/UI improvements. Content Optimization Assist in identifying content needs for lead generation and conversion. Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging marketing materials. Help maintain relevant content across various platforms to maximise engagement. Lead Nurturing and Retargeting Support alignment between marketing and sales strategies for lead nurturing campaigns. Assist in implementing retargeting strategies to re-engage visitors. Help optimize lead capture forms and integrate them with CRM systems for seamless follow-up. SEO Strategy Implementation Assist in executing SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Conduct keyword research and optimise on-page content to adhere to SEO best practices. Monitor SEO performance and recommend improvements based on data. Key Measurables: Your success in this role will be evaluated based on achieving lead generation and conversion targets. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or website optimization Familiarity with SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX) best practices. Skills and Competencies: Understanding of target personas and segments, with a consultative approach to sales. Strong writing skills for web content and marketing materials. Proficiency with marketing tech stack (e.g., Marketo, Google Analytics, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn promoted, PPC) and especially how to utilise them to drive leads Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research. Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO tools. Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
