Joining Autone means working alongside some of the brightest minds to disrupt the retail industry for a better future. We prioritize in-office work for fostering collaboration, with most of our team in our Vauxhall office 3-4 days a week. We're flexible when it matters, but this role is primarily on-site and not suitable for someone seeking a fully remote position.
Your responsibilities:
In this role you will support our CFO & COO in building the operational and financial backbone of Autone. You will work directly with the C-Level and teams across all functions of the company to support the growth and internationalisation of autone.
- Be a sparring partner for the C-Level in Operations / Finance and work closely together with him on critical projects
- Lead and execute key strategic projects: You will be responsible for key strategic projects and help define the overall company strategy. All projects will have a critical impact.
- Select and implement scalable tools and processes across operations & finance
- Support opening of new offices in Abu Dhabi and NYC
- Support on fundraising, investor meetings, investor reporting and board prep
- Build out analytics on Unit Economics and other Key KPIs
- Roll-out OKRs organisation wide
- Recruit and retain key talent: Develop strategies and processes on how to attract and retain top talent: You support in hiring, onboarding and setting up processes in collaboration with HR
What we're looking for:
- You have previous experience (min. 2 years) in at least one of the following: fast growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- You have successfully completed your studies (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
- Ability take ownership and lead projects end-to-end
- You have strong analytical skills and organizational talent
- Reliability, accuracy, and independence characterize your way of working
