Your Mission UiPath is seeking a skilled Talent Intelligence Consultant to join our Global Talent Intelligence Team. This team is an integral part of our Talent Acquisition function and will help address immediate and long-term hiring priorities while providing consultative support on critical talent questions. As a member of this team, you will leverage market research and trends to provide talent insights and intelligence to our recruitment teams and internal customers.
Your mission will be to identify, engage, and qualify top-tier diverse passive talent for UiPath's global teams. If you are curious and passionate about the talent landscape, love data, storytelling, and working on the design of multiple solutions at the same time while influencing and presenting streamlined recommendation to stakeholders, this may be the role for you.
What you'll do at UiPathTalent discovery & direct outreach
- Develop and execute data-driven, innovative and effective sourcing strategies to engage with high-quality candidates for priority profiles (defined as critical for achieving business impact, difficult to-recruit skills, and ongoing high volume of such roles expected)
- Cultivate a pipeline of talent for UiPath resulting in reduced time to fill and improved workforce diversity
- Screen and assess candidate qualifications for job fit
- Build a close partnership with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers globally and educate them on the hiring landscape, processes, and opportunities. Keep the Talent Acquisition Partners you work with informed on progress while sharing insights on recruitment funnel, challenges & opportunities, market data
- Become an expert on global and local sourcing tools & channels and create a scalable process of best engagement practices.
- Partner with our Executive Recruiting team on high-priority talent mapping projects
- Expand your network through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events, employer branding campaigns.
Market research & insights
- Provide hiring leaders with insights to inform talent strategies and conduct research projects on target markets, companies, and talent pools (i.e.: skills availability, location analysis) as requested by Talent Acquisition and business leaders
- Develop and keep up-to-date various Talent Acquisition assets such as talent pool reports, company flow reports, talent competitor battlecards, target companies lists
- Keep an eye on potential talent threats, implications, and report quarterly on how we can address current talent challenges.
Talent events support
- Lead the identification and engagement of relevant talent and manage the post-event nurturing plan
- Liaise with the business on targeting the right talent and drive the attendance strategy
- Become an expert on setting up events in our talent engagement platform Gem and offer guidance to the wider team.
What you'll bring to the team- Proven, hands-on experience (2-3 years) in talent sourcing or recruiting for product & engineering
- The ability to develop talent pools through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking, and direct sourcing
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and the ability to work well with distributed diverse teams
- Strong communication skills and you are passionate about storytelling in recruiting
- The ability to prioritize and complete assignments within deadlines
- A growth mindset, with an ability to adapt, pivot, and change when needed while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally iCIMS
- A willingness to move beyond the challenges and come up with solutions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- An ‘owner mindset’ to help drive all the research projects successfully to completion
- Strong analytical thinking and focus on operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the wider organization
- Strong business acumen and a willingness to learn as much as you can about our business functions, goals, and strategy to then be able to make appropriate recommendations
- Excellent written and spoken English knowledge
- Nice to have: Global sourcing or recruiting hands-on experience.
