Your Mission Your mission: as a People Operation Specialist, you will partner with stakeholders throughout the organization and the extended People team to seek opportunities to build, improve, and align processes and policies that enable consistent and efficient experience for our employees. This team is responsible for facilitating all the employee facing experiences that are developed by the People team.
What you'll do at UiPath- Handle the execution of operational business processes in the allocated regions (e.g., terminations, employment contracts, addenda, Workday administration, manage absences/leave of absence, benefits enrollment)
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for UiPath employees, in the assigned regions
- Issue employment certificates, references, verification of employment letters etc
- First point of contact for employee questions, which can also be done through a ticketing system
- Contribute to the development and administration of programs, policies, guidelines, and process documentation to help align the workforce with the company’s strategic goals
- Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, HRBPs, TA, IT etc. on employee data, transactions
- Manage the data entry process for employees throughout the employee lifecycle ensuring the accuracy of employee record data and audit
- Offer support to Global Mobility Process providing necessary documentation for various business situations: onboarding, transfer, offboarding, etc
- Create, maintain, and update process procedures and internal site while following the internal policies
- Adapt, modifiy and update process methodologies, procedures and best practices within People Services
- Implement compliance policies and manage all employee files in the allocated regions
- Identify automation potential and drive the RPA initiatives within the People Experience function
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices within the People Operations department through trainings and courses in the field

What you'll bring to the team- 2+ years of relevant HR experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner, self-directed, result-oriented and the ability to manage changing priorities and projects
- Strong eye for detail and accuracy
- Possess excellent client-focus with the ability to build good relationships across regions
- Ability to understand the employment legislation and compliance requirements
- Process and solution oriented
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
