Your Mission Your mission: as a Business Development Representative (BDR) at UiPath, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers who have responded to our marketing activities across the EMEA region. You will be the first point of contact for these prospects, helping to build relationships and set the stage for successful sales engagements.
Please note: This is a fixed-term contractfor one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business objectives.
What you'll do at UiPath- Engage with Prospects: Contact potential customers who have shown interest in UiPath through our marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other activities
- Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness for a sales conversation. Gather relevant information to understand their needs, challenges, and interest in UiPath solutions
- Initiate Conversations: Use phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to initiate and maintain engaging conversations with prospects (from both Inbound & Outbound activities)
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Provide detailed information and insights gathered during the qualification process
- Maintain CRM: Accurately update and maintain records of all interactions and activities with prospects in the CRM system.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality and effectiveness of campaigns, helping to improve future marketing efforts
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with UiPath’s products, industry trends, and best practices in sales and marketing.

What you'll bring to the team- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or software company, is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Understanding of the sales process and ability to qualify leads effectively
- Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales and marketing tools
- Proficiency in English and Polish is required. Additional language skills relevant to the EMEA region are a plus
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
