Your Mission Your main purpose is to support pricing decisions by providing data and modeling supporting answers to the most challenging business questions. This involves project leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational and business deep understanding. We conduct projects in four main areas: Strategy, Go-to-market support, Operational and Organizational Improvements and Pricing and Licensing Projects.
You’ll have full ownership over these key strategic initiatives in the most impactful areas of our business. While you will be a point-of-contact on areas within your ownership, this is not a people management position.
What you'll do at UiPath- You will be an individual contributor who will partner and consult with the rest of the Pricing and Licensing team, the Executive team and senior leadership to help set the strategic direction for the company.
- Identify and propose opportunities for strategic initiatives to improve the Company’s position, revenue, image, internal processes, cost efficiency, etc.
- Contribute to and lead projects, including defining operational models, defining performance metrics, building business plans and commercial models, with a cross-departmental mindset.
- Design and implement various reports and data processing models, yielding relevant strategic conclusions about the company’s performance.
- Develop analyses and propose recommendations across departments for achieving the Company’s goals: revenue increase, user satisfaction improvement, improvement deployment abilities, cost optimization, etc.
- Define, propose, and align overall company pricing strategy and structure, as well as new product and SKU specific prices.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders as well as the wider global BI team.
What you'll bring to the team- Drawing analytical insights and building reporting models for new or expanding business areas
- Excellent problem solving, quantitative reasoning, and sanity checking skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to self-drive, work independently and manage parallel project constraints and workload.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong grasp of BI instruments and analytical ability to identify key strategic opportunities to report on
- Ability to articulate business principles into functional requirements and goals at the global level. Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks and think creatively.
- Ability to understand the rationale of a change and can communicate sensitive information of broad organizational impact at all levels.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, negotiation and influencing skills.
