We are currently looking for a top-tier Executive Assistant. As Red Points' EA, you’ll work closely with our CEO Laura Urquizu and your goal will be helping her in running the smooth functioning of her day-to-day tasks.
As her assistant you will take on the following responsibilities:
- Manage Laura's executive agenda
- Schedule the diverse meetings with board members, our management team, visits and others
- Organize business trips
- Coordinate international visits, conferences and social events
- Prepare data and presentations for meetings and reviews
- Communicate with employees, partners and providers for various reasons
Qualifications
We are looking for resourceful individuals, who can find the best way out for difficult situations in a creative way. Always resilient and up for a challenge, you thrive in changing environments and work well under pressure. Determined and meticulous, you understand the impact of an Executive Assistant's job to the company and our CEO.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Adept at MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience in writing business/formal English and Spanish
- Detail oriented without losing the big picture.
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously
- Strong sense of urgency in completing work and responding to questions or concerns
