Role overview,
We are currently looking for an Audit Request Coordinator to join our Pre-Audits team. This role is responsible for reviewing and validating requests submitted by Customer Success Specialists or customers in our system, ensuring they are complete and accurate.
Additionally, you will ensure the correct number of credits are allocated in line with the company’s pricing and packaging strategy. This position plays an important role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our audit processes!
Main responsibilities,
Review and validate audit requests introduced in the system to ensure they contain complete and correct information (i.e, correct relation product/s and standard, adequate site allocation, review of the report applicability).
Identify incomplete or incorrect requests and push them back for revision with clear guidance and agile feedback.
Ensure the correct allocation of credits based on company pricing and packaging guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Sales, to resolve discrepancies and improve request accuracy.
Maintain accurate records of request validations and credit allocations for audit and reporting purposes.
Support the continuous improvement of processes related to request validation and credit allocation.
Provide feedback and training to CSMs and customers to improve the accuracy of future submissions.
Main requirements,
GxP knowledge
Fluent English communication skills in written and spoken (other languages are appreciated as well)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments to enhance operational efficiency. Strong communication skills and an open mindset are essential to ensure smooth coordination and teamwork.
