We are seeking a talented Strategic Account Executive to join our Paris office.
This role involves engaging qualified prospects, demoing the Aircall solution, providing technical assistance, successfully navigating a proof of concept and negotiating contracts. It is a fast-paced role that fits high energy and smart sales people.
This position is Paris based ( 3 days a week on-site)

Key responsibilities:- Use outbound selling strategies to create pipeline and find new business
- Manage strategic prospects from qualified lead to closing.
- Position and articulate the Aircall value proposition to medium businesses.
- Educate strategic prospects through advanced sales-cycles in order to create excitement and enthusiasm.
- Work side by side with Sales & Business Development Representatives to identify business opportunities in your pipeline.
- Consistently prospect to maintain strong pipeline coverage and consistent quota attainment
- Forecast your monthly revenue achievements and crush your quota and deliver revenue.
- Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications
Qualifications:- A minimum of 5 years sales experience is mandatory with knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPICED / MEDDIC a bonus
- Fluent in French and English, being able to exchange in Italian or Hebrew is a real plus.
- Creative and consultative selling approach with advanced closing skills
- A proactive, driven seller able to identify and communicate business pains and outcomes, drive urgency and take end to end ownership for quota attainment
- Successful track record of closing net new business and proactive outbound prospecting
- Experience with Salesforce and revenue engagement tools such as Gong, Outreach, Salesloft
- Competitive and driven to achieve goals
- Strong rigor and organization, ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information
