You will be part of Fever Originals, the department within Fever using data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.This position will support the Candlelight concerts team.
Candlelight concerts aim at democratizing access to classical music by targeting an audience of neophytes and proposing an immersive candle-lit experience. Since July 2019 we expanded to +200 cities and welcomed +8M spectators worldwide, which makes us the largest classical music concerts producer in the world!Your role will be to help the Candlelight Project Manager covering Paris and South of France with her daily tasks.
The role requires a mix of business development and operational experience.
Candidates need to be passionate about music and the events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners, and think bigger about how we create a compelling experience.
This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget.
Strong communication skills are critical to success in this role. The right candidate will be a self-starter and have strong interpersonal skills.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage events from conception to delivery, working with existing partners and developing new relationships
- Ensure high-quality experiences are delivered
- Help to scale the concerts in France
- Coordinate with the different internal teams at Fever
- Work with the Fever marketing team to make sure events make an impact both in terms of ticket sales and coverage
- Make informed decisions based on data (including P&L analysis) to drive revenue and optimize costs
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level French and fluent English skills
- Preferably having already an experience in the event production industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of a project in an organized and efficient way
- Understanding of technical production requirements
- Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly
- You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then try to find solutions
- Have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships
- Collaborative and willing to “get hands dirty”
