Candlelight concerts aim at democratizing access to classical music by targeting an audience of neophytes and proposing an immersive candle-lit experience. Since July 2019 we expanded to +200 cities and welcomed +8M spectators worldwide, which makes us the largest classical music concerts producer in the world!

The team you’re about to join consists of people that are motivated, young, and fun.
Employees are expected to be in the office Monday to Thursday with possibility to work from home on Fridays
What You'll Do
Your role will be to manage Candlelight concerts in the East of France (Lyon, Metz, Nancy, Strasbourg, ...) as well as Geneva.
This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget.
Your mains responsibilities will include a mix of business development and operational experience, such as:
- Venue relationship management & negotiation (venue booking & contracting)
- Constant monitoring of offering vs. demand with the support of our Data analysts
- Programming of concerts (artist booking & contracting)
- Launch and followup of concert sales
- Expanding to new cities
- Ensuring the financial viability of concerts
- Delivering high-quality concerts, in tandem with a Producer dedicated to concert logistics
- Representing the project at public events or through regular interviews
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years in a project management role or consulting background, ideally with an exposure to the events/ music industry.
- Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Passionate about music/ culture/ events.
- Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly.
- Strong analytical skills; mastering Excel is essential.
- You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions.
- You'll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
- Highly organized and efficient.
- Strong relationship management skills; able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent on efforts
- Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams
- Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required events tasks
- Strong academic background is a plus
