In your role as a Retail Media Partnerships Manager (m/f/d), you will develop new- and build upon existing long-term partnerships with endemic FMCG & non-endemic high-reach brands in industries such as mobility, banking, hospitality, and more. You will be part of the retail media team.
Job Description
- Acquisition of new customers for Flink through strong barter deals with high reach, non endemic, brands in industries such as mobility, banking, hospitality, and more
- Building upon a long term relationship with endemic FMCG brands as a retail media account manager together with their brand managers, agencies or eCommerce teams
- 360-degree management: Identifying potential partners, outreach, negotiation, and project management
- Independent campaign analysis and success measurement.
- Pitching our unique offering to future partners and showcasing the diverse opportunities of a potential partnership for non-endemic brands
- Create relevant marketing plans for brands on how to use the Flink Retail Media proposition to build their brands and boost their sales
Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration or Marketing, along with relevant professional experience
- Strong social skills, enjoying negotiations and be assertive
- Excellent analytical abilities, a data-driven mindset, and an interest in tackling analytical challenges
- Highly motivated, organized, and structured in your work: able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking on responsibility
- A team player who can work both collaboratively and independently
- Fluent Dutch and English skills
