The opportunity: Distribution and Inventory Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible for Inventory and Third Party Logistics Service Provider (LSP) day-to-day operations, overseeing and optimizing reporting and processes ensuring on-time delivery in compliance with GDP and GMP. Occasionally, you will support discussions with clients (BioPharma companies). You will work together with another Supply Chain colleague and report to our Sr. Supply Chain Manager.
We expect you to champion new initiatives and optimise current inventory and vendor management processes, closely working with Medical Affairs, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Program Management.
What you will be doing in this role:
Inventory Management:
Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing carrying costs and waste.
Develop and implement a process for Stock reconciliation and reporting
Conduct root-cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory discrepancies and deviations.
Own the end-to-end inventory planning process, from purchase order creation to quality release
Accurate stock control for different regions and (re)ordering products, considering market forecasts, the shelf life of the product, and legal requirements
Vendor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party LSPs to ensure adherence to contractual terms and service level agreements (SLAs).
Evaluate LSP performance by developing dashboards, conducting regular audits & stock counts, and lead LSP performance reviews.
Collaborate with LSPs to resolve supply issues, improve delivery timelines, and optimize inventory flow.
Drive logistics projects to support business objectives.
Customer Order Creation:
Back up for Customer Order Creation, ensuring on-time and compliant delivery of goods to patients
Troubleshoot problems in the supply chain procedures and take responsibility for the on-time delivery of the product to the customer
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Use advanced analytics to assess inventory trends and make data-driven recommendations.
Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate inventory status and performance to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements through data insights

Good understanding of GDP Guidelines
Proven track record of managing third-party vendors and improving supply chain performance
Familiarity with order management or warehouse management software.
Highly proficient with excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus
Are adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is continuous
Embody a patient-centric approach, proactive accountability, and considerate collaboration
Work efficiently but precisely with a keen eye for detail
Act proactively with the ability to anticipate the next steps
Can work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills
Having strong relationship-building skills
Hold excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Are proficient in Microsoft Office tools
