This position will have a wide variety of duties impacting reduction in Credit Losses and Transaction Losses at Curve, specifically supporting collections activities and unreconciled transactions. The role will include performing investigative and advisory activities to recover unreconciled (unpaid) transactions.
They will work cross functionally with Data, Fin crime, Cx, Growth and other functions to execute on the recoveries and reconciliations strategy to minimise transaction losses to Curve.
Key Accountabilities:
- Review and disposition alerts and cases generated by fraud systems and referrals mitigate First Party Fraud abuse.
- Recognize fraud patterns and trends coordinate actions with fraud intelligence and Operations teams to detect and mitigate fraud.
- Set high standards for efficiency in case management to automate processes and prioritise queue.
- Create and execute an effective dunning strategy with continuous test/learn/roll cycle to improve recovery rate of unpaid balances.
- Work with CX to develop clear workflows and manage customer communications.
Skills & Experience:
- 1 year experience working in an operations function within credit or fraud.
- High level of intellectual curiosity and a good understanding of efficiency metrics in an operations environment.
- Demonstrate strong investigative and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Highly organised with ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
- Some experience with tools, techniques and strategies to manage recoveries.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross functionally.
