The role:
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Talent & People Ops Manager to join our People team for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you will own the talent acquisition function end-to-end and support the People team with operational HR tasks.
Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- End-to-End Recruitment
- Managing the full recruitment process across all departments, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers - Onboarding
- Preparing and issuing offer letters and contracts for all employees, including international hires
- Conducting background checks and ensuring a smooth onboarding process, including uploading employee details to the HR system, arranging visas where applicable and arranging inductions - HR System Management
- Overseeing and maintaining the HRIS (HiBob).
- Updating and managing policies, pulling reports, and ensuring employee profiles remain accurate and up to date. - People Operations Support
- Preparing and issuing official documents, such as pay increase or role change letters.
- Acting as a point of contact for employees, providing day-to-day support with any questions, concerns, or issues they may have. - People Partnering
- Acting as the primary People Partner for the Product & Technology (P&T) department, providing advice and support to senior leaders on all people-related matters.
The ideal candidate
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to end-to-end hiring processes.
- Experience managing an HR system (e.g. HiBob).
- Prior experience in a People Operations or HR support role.
- Strong initiative and a "can-do" attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- The ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in liaising with key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Experience in headhunting for specialist or senior roles.
- Knowledge of visa processes and compliance requirements.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
