As our UA Manager, you’ll be in the driver’s seat of Opal’s global user acquisition strategy. You’ll orchestrate campaigns that make a real difference—helping people reclaim their focus and time in a world full of distractions. Your expertise in user acquisition will directly fuel our growth, enabling Opal to reach new heights and connect with more Gems (our community) across the globe.
What You'll Do
Lead UA Strategy: Take ownership of Opal’s user acquisition across key platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple, and more. Your goal: to optimize every campaign and keep our Day 30 ROAS above 100%.
Experiment & Expand: Be our growth experimenter. Scout out fresh, new channels and test strategies on existing ones, keeping our growth scalable, efficient, and profitable.
Analyze & Optimize: Dive deep into data. Analyze campaign performance, project profitability, and collaborate with creative teams to fine-tune messaging and creative strategies that push the envelope.
Manage Budgets & Targeting: Own the budgets, audience segmentation, and creative strategies. Make sure our targeting is on point and ROI is through the roof.
Run A/B Tests & Drive Performance: Execute targeted A/B tests across platforms, formats, and demographics to fine-tune campaigns and boost performance at every stage.

Data-Driven & Growth-Focused: You’ve got a proven track record of scaling UA campaigns and optimizing spend for maximum impact. You can turn data into actionable insights and know exactly how to grow and engage a community

Creative & Out-of-the-Box Thinker: You’re not afraid to test new channels, try unconventional approaches, and experiment with creative solutions to expand our user base.
Collaborative & Transparent: Clear communication is your thing. You’re transparent in your work and thrive in cross-functional teams, where you help others understand the “why” behind the campaign decisions.
Resilient & Solution-Oriented: When things get tough, you stay calm, focused, and solution-driven. Challenges don’t intimidate you; they motivate you to think smarter and act faster.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing, ideally in the mobile or gaming space.
Proven expertise in managing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Apple, TikTok, and other platforms. You know your way around attribution frameworks (SKAN, Meta’s, web attribution) and campaign optimization.
Advanced Data Analysis Skills: You’re comfortable with analyzing big data and turning it into meaningful insights that directly impact campaign performance.
Growth Mindset: You’ve successfully scaled UA campaigns and optimized ad spend for high returns, and you’re constantly looking for ways to improve.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
