We are seeking a temporary Influencer Executive to support our Influencer Managers in executing impactful marketing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performance team dedicated to growing our influencer partnerships across the UK. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be instrumental in expanding partnerships as one of our core marketing channels. While this is initially a temporary role, there is potential for it to become a permanent position based on performance and fit within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Influencer Prospecting: Identify and evaluate influencers who align with our target demographic, brand values, and budget.
Outreach & Relationship Building: Initiate contact with prospective influencers to establish and build relationships for commercial partnerships.
Negotiation & Onboarding: Engage and onboard influencers into our partnership program, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to foster collaboration.
Influencer Support: Provide ongoing support to influencers, ensuring their needs are met and strengthening long-term partnerships.
Feedback & Collaboration: Relay valuable customer and influencer insights to the product and growth teams, helping to shape our product and growth strategies.

SALARY & BENEFITS
£25,000-30,000 per annum based on experience
3 days in office per week with breakfast and lunch once a week
