The GenMews Program is a rotational program that gives you the opportunity to work with three different teams over two years. Inspired by Gen Z, GenMews aims to create and shape a new generation of leaders who embrace our company values and drive meaningful change. You'll have the chance to work on real projects, see them implemented, and make a tangible impact at Mews. Of course, you won’t be on this journey alone - we’ll provide tailored training and opportunities to connect with our leaders along the way.
What’s GenMews all about?
This is your chance to work alongside our best teams, rotating through different parts of our business preparing you to become a well-rounded leader. So, what can you expect?
- Experience different corners of Mews: Three rotations, each lasting 8 months, in different areas of the business. We want you to become a professional who isn’t afraid to ask questions, knows how to influence others, and can drive change in teams you may not have initially considered.
- Pitch for Your Next Steps after every rotation: After your initial rotation, you’ll pitch for roles that align with your passions and ambitions, then depending on the business need and your pitch performance we will assign you your next rotations. Each placement brings fresh opportunities, keeping every experience distinct.
- Mentorship & Support: Throughout the program, you’ll have access to experienced mentors and a dedicated program lead to help guide your journey.
- Flexibility & Growth: You’ll enjoy flexible working arrangements and personalized development opportunities that allow you to grow into a confident leader.
- For your first rotation, pick your preference between: Strategic Partnerships, ITS, Talent Intelligence, ESG, People Experience, Customer Affinity, Fintech Product Marketing and Software Engineering (more information here).

The specifics? That’s the exciting part - there are no set rules! You’ll work on high-impact projects, meet with our leadership team, and get plenty of opportunities to present your ideas and showcase your skills.

- Fluency in English and effective communication skills, you can articulate your thoughts clearly and engage others in meaningful discussions.
- Innovative outlook, you think outside the box and are not afraid to propose bold ideas or solutions. You have led projects in the past and learned from them.
- You’re a data-driven person, you’re familiar with Excel.
- Collaborative approach, you enjoy working with others and value diverse perspectives to achieve common goals.
- Adaptability that allows you to navigate change with ease and embrace new challenges with enthusiasm and moving around various teams and projects.
- Curiosity with a thirst for knowledge and a desire to explore different aspects of the business.
- 2 or less years of professional experience.
Nice to have:
- Ability to speak more than one language.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality, Management or STEM.

📝 A couple of points worth noting:
- Gen Mews Program is currently open in 4 of Mews key locations – Czech Republic (Prague), United Kingdom (London), Netherlands (Amsterdam) and Spain (Barcelona).
- The program will begin on the 1st of March 2025.
- The applications will be open until 26th of November EOD.
- You need to select your preferred department for your first rotation during the application process.
- Interview Process – As a part of your application you will be asked to submit a short video. The next steps consist of a Recruiter Interview, a practical Assessment, a Presentation with a few of our leaders and a Final Interview with our CEO.
- This is a paid program that offers competitive salary and opportunities for future compensation review.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer support and sponsorship with visas or work permits.
