Customer Service
You are a friendly problem solver? Are you passionate about good Customer Service and are able to stay calm and focused in all situations? Our Customer Service Team is a team of international experts for all European countries. This team is the diplomatic heart of refurbed and is responsible for keeping our customers satisfied. We are looking for people with a knowledge of at least 3 European languages on a native speaker level and are experts in communication.
Finance
...keeps us running. We are responsible for all invoices and Invoicing processes in the company. We work closely together with all teams to improve all payments and payment flows. We know everything about every cent spent or earned at refurbed. We are looking for very bright people who love thinking about efficient ways to do things and can adapt to new tools and softwares easly. We need people who are able to think holistically at the whole company and prioritze. Do you have a background in Bookkeeping, Controlling or Auditing? Do you want to be part of a growing international organisation with modern financial processes and tools?
Analytics & Data Science
All about those numbers. We measure everything and we try to predict everything. We are experts in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, Forecasting and Experimental Modelling. We help all teams understand their impact, measure the improvements, allert if something goes wrong and find the cause. What would you measure if you could? Do you love data and the endless possibilties to work with them? Do you love automation? Are your are great communicator of complex correllations, statistics and Analyses?
Product Management
You have questions regarding the website? Ask Product Management. Working closely with every department we identify our customers' needs. We want to test everything, improving our user experience and analyzing all important factors that might occur along the way. We keep important projects running , coordinating responsible teams across the company. We love to optimize ideas and find new solutions. Are you a data-driven problem solver? Engineering
We are a self-motivated horde of Engineers distributed around Europe, mostly working fully remote. Our goal is to fully understand the domain we are working in and then break down the problem into an elegant and flexible solution. The refurbed marketplace platform – the core product we are working on - we use the newest technologies such as Go, PostgreSQL, Vue.js and plenty more. Profound technical skills matter to be part of us, however nobody knows everything, therefore we try to share knowledge, help each other and support further development of our Engineers.
People
We are always there for you. We want to empower our team members, supporting them in their day-to-day work and motivating them to grow with refurbed. While answering all important questions that might occur along the way, we help all teams to spread the refurbed spirit across the company.
