Overview
Resolve is looking for their first Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to help accelerate our growth into 2025. As the first SDR, you will be a critical part of our small, tight knit team. This role will be an intersection of accelerating new sales and customer growth. We put a high emphasis on our culture and are looking for optimistic and motivated people to join our team! We prefer this position to be in NYC but are open to remote for the right candidate. There is strong potential to move into an Account Executive role.
What you will do and achieve
- Create new business opportunities to fuel Resolve’s growth
- Partner with our Sales Lead to achieve mutually aligned sales quotas each month
- Engage construction professionals through phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to solve them
- Have the autonomy to operate beyond your role and help the team improve our process, training, use of technology, and any other aspects of our business
- Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities for new business
- Conduct daily activities including:
- Pre-call research and planning
- Follow-up with previous contacts

- Friendly, enthusiastic and demonstrate empathy and thoughtfulness in your work
- 1+ years experience in outbound sales/prospecting preferably in the construction industry or a new technology
- SaaS experience, especially sales
- Entrepreneurship
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
