Today 17% of the world’s adult population need help to get a baby, by 2050 it will nearly triple to 50%. Only 2%of those in need can access fertility treatment today. We are here to enable a future where 100% of those in need can access care. Our mission is to radically transform the success and accessibility of fertility care. We do this by empowering clinics, with a clear roadmap for driving change through a three-phase strategy, starting with our operating system.
Our platform digitises all workflows across the fertility clinics, helping care teams to focus less on admin and more on caring for patients, connected to it we have a patient app, guiding patients through the often very difficult journey of fertility treatment. We are small but experienced team, well funded by top European VC funds, live with our product in over 8 countries and offices in Copenhagen, London and expanding into New York 2025.
The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape our platform powering the future of fertility care as we expand. You’ll be tackling complex design challenges across our clinic and patient-facing applications, working with our team to improve the user experience and deliver high-quality, impactful designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own design projects end-to-end, from discovery to high-fidelity UI
- Conduct user research with patients, doctors, and nurses - testing to refine solutions based on real insights
- Develop intuitive, visually cohesive interfaces and user flows for the future of health care
- Support and contribute to our design system and UI/UX standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with product goals
About You
- 3-7 years of experience in Product or UX design
- Passionate about user-centered design, with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in visual design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch
- Comfortable working across a variety of design needs with a generalist mindset
- Able to balance hands-on design work with cross-functional collaboration
