Job Overview
We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team at CredR. As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. You will be working closely with our sales team to increase customer engagement and satisfaction. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer preferences
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using technology and mobile applications
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned area
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or concerns
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers and business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction
- Visit customers on-site to provide product demonstrations and gather feedback
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns and events
- Provide timely and accurate reports on customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
