Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to join our team at CredR. As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our used two-wheelers at our showroom in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time position and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in showroom sales.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in showroom sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Strong knowledge about two-wheelers, their features, and technical specifications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Good negotiation and persuasive skills to close sales deals.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
- Flexible to work on weekends and holidays as per the showroom schedule.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Engage with customers visiting the showroom and provide them with information about our used two-wheelers.
- Understand the customers' requirements and preferences and recommend the most suitable options.
- Conduct test rides and demonstrate the features and benefits of different two-wheeler models.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with customers, ensuring a smooth and transparent sales process.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the showroom.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring all vehicles are well-presented.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional events and campaigns.
