The opportunity
As part of the People Experience Team you’ll be a crucial point of contact of our employees helping drive our company culture forward. We are looking for an individual who will join us in ensuring our workplace is a friendly and inclusive place while helping us raise our Workplace Experience to the next level.
This role will be based in Amsterdam and we look for someone that is able to work 20 - 30 hours (at least 3 days) per week!
Your responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all employees and transfer topics to the appropriate area while ensuring a pleasant working atmosphere and the well-being of our teams
- Support managing internal and external partners (property management, suppliers, service providers, co-working space, etc.)
- Be in charge of our communal spaces and order management (fruits, drinks, office supplies)
- Support our teams with onboarding and off-boarding tasks ensuring smooth IT setup
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities activities in the office
- Organize team events and find ways to further ignite our wellbeing culture
What you need to succeed
- Ideally, you have proven experience as a receptionist, office manager, team assistant or in an equivalent role in a fast-growing company
- You speak Dutch professionally and bring strong English skills
- You are a people person and are passionate about creating a welcoming place for employees and guests
- With your can-do mindset and a solution-oriented working style, you thrive in an ever-changing environment
- Your talent for organization and prioritization makes you a reliable team member
