The HR Services Team Manager, GEO (Global Employment Outsourcing) is a key positiontaking responsibility for delivering high quality HR Services, managingand coordinating GEO HR Services team regionallywhen performing daily activitiesbetween the GEO business and In-Country Experts, Clients, and Workers to effectively onboard new workers.
How you will make a difference:
- Oversee end-to-end regional GEO HR Services operations, ensuring timely and accurate client/employee relations services while applying employment law and mitigating commercial risk.
- Develop and implement policies, best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics for the team, ensuring compliance with regional laws and global governance standards.
- Collaborate with GEO Operations management to set strategic goals and make key operational decisions to enhance efficiency and drive long-term success.
- Supervise and support the HR team, providing training on legal, benefits, and compliance matters while ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics, budget adherence, and handle escalations, while supporting internal and external audit requests as needed.
What will make you stand out:
- Strong leadership experience with 5+ years in Human Resources Management, preferably managing global teams.
- Expertise in employment law, labor relations, and handling complex employee relations issues across various regions.
- Proficiency in process management, team performance metrics, and global compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients in payroll, HR, or project management, with a focus on service delivery excellence.
- Experience developing internal talent, managing remote/hybrid teams, and fostering team growth.
- Comfort with ambiguity and strong decision-making skills to resolve complex issues and achieve results.
- Relevant qualifications (CIPD/SHRM) and advanced education in HR or Business Management are preferred.
