The Role
In this role you will:
Be responsible for executing on demo enhancements and actively supporting Medallia's sales efforts.
Collaborate closely with Demo Engineering managers, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure our demos effectively showcase the differentiated value of Medallia.
Product knowledge and technical expertise is imperative to the demo development and customization process and will ensure a seamless demo experience for sales across Medallia's full range of products and solutions.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Demo Engineer at Medallia you will work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to build and modify product demos that effectively demonstrate the differentiated value of Medallia.
Demo Engineers will focus on the following core competencies:

Communicates clearly with project stakeholders and provides updates on a regular cadence, (e.g. including roles/responsibilities, scope, timeline, etc.)
Articulates technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Identifies and communicates blockers/ high risk areas with project stakeholders and escalates accordingly to project advisors
QualificationsRequired Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in software delivery, technical marketing, product management, or solution consulting
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2 years of experience working with web technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Preferred Skills
Proven experience in a technical role within a SaaS environment, particularly in demo engineering or similar functions.
Strong understanding of software products and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer success.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally, experience with agile is a bonus.
Experience in mentoring or coaching team members is a plus.
