As a Local Market Accountant, you will be responsible for managing billing, group accounting, and account reconciliations. You will collaborate closely with the operations team to address client requests and requirements. Additionally, you will engage with clients to handle accounts receivable (AR) reconciliations and ensure timely payment of funds.
How you will make a difference:
- Clients invoicing and debt chasing as required
- Entry data in group financial system
- Checking and approval of employees’ expenses
- Performing payments in time and following on the cash flow observance
- Month-end and year-end close process, reconciliation, and reporting
- Assisting and supporting in statutory audit and tax control
- Perform other duties according to group and legislation requirements
- Act in accordance with Safeguard Global values and ethics.
What will make you stand out:
- Proven experience in accounting role
- Experience in an international company is a plus
- Experience with financial accounting and balance sheets
- Data analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills, including English Language
- Excel skills
