Overview
This is a full-time opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Engineering leader to join the team at 32Co.
You should be comfortable getting hands on and excited about building and scaling technology teams, working closely with leadership on product and technology strategy.
You will help guide our engineering team in the design, development and delivery of game-changing technology and will play a critical role in shaping the technical and strategic direction of the company.

What will you do?
- Provide technical leadership and work directly with the CEO and Product leadership
- Collaborate leadership to prioritise features, and set the technical roadmap, considering the strategic objectives of the business, scalability and maintainability
- Ensure collaboration between development teams including design and product, ensuring a smooth deployment of new releases
- Create documentation for architecture, design and coding decisions
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies
- Work hands-on stealth projects including the application of AI
What are we looking for:

- Have a track record of grit, determination and resourcefulness
- To be based in the UK and able to commute to our London (Hoxton) office on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday
