Your Mission As part of the ongoing growth of UiPath, the UiPath Presales Organization is
on an upward growth trajectory – helping to transform and mature the
Business Automation Market. The opportunity that is before us will need the
best Automation Professionals – and that is exactly who we are looking for -
the right individuals to help lead this growth, be a part of the transformation
and to ensure our customer experience is outstanding.
In this role you will focus on partnering with the Enterprise Sales teams to
generate revenue with technical ownership of the opportunity pursuits
throughout the sales cycle.
As a Solutions Engineer you must possess a winning
combination of technical and business skills, the ability to present and
demonstrate our solutions to a broad spectrum of audiences, while building
strong relationships and handling technical objections and issues throughout
the entire sales cycle.
What you'll do at UiPathFor the client:
- Participate in account strategy planning with the Sales team
- Work closely with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and prioritize
accordingly - Lead end-to-end Presales activities & create strong value propositions
- Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value
- Ensure delivery of strong Rfx’s, contextualized demos and powerful
PoV’s - Design solutions to fit client needs and environment during the sales
process - Resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information
security, and platform architecture during the sales process - Be an evangelist of UiPath automation solutions by identifying
customer needs and showcasing the best solution - Develop solution architectures for customers for secure on-prem,
hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the UiPath platform - Learn the benefits of new and exciting technologies and how to
integrate with UiPath - Work closely with the Customer Success and Professional Services teams to make the solution a reality for the customer
For UiPath:
- Create, update and maintain the knowledge bank
- Participate in knowledge sharing inside and outside of the Presales
team - Build solutions for different industry landscapes
- Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities, including
writing blogs, speaking in UiPath webinars and other industry events - Work closely with Product teams for improvement of functionalities and
adding external technologies to the UiPath ecosystem - Engage in product release cycles to promote new releases and provide
feedback on the product roadmap
What you'll bring to the team- The ability to work in harmony with our values; Humble, Bold, Immersed, and
Fast - Good balance of technical, business and sales skills
- Demonstrable track record in a client-facing Presales/Sales Engineering/Solution Architect position
- Strong communication, discovery and interpersonal skills with proven
experience building strong internal and external relationships - Experience in process discovery, process mining, business process
expertise, automation solutions and AI technologies - UiPath platform knowledge is a plus
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Solid understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technology
- Driven approach with a solution selling mindset
- Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire
customer loyalty and adoption - Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment - Willing to travel
