About the role
The key objective of this role is to support the Transport team, helping to execute the optimal transport plan, guaranteeing customer service levels, and ensuring a timely-managed incident management process.
We are looking for someone who is not afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. We are continuously looking for ways to improve our processes and achieve a greater impact.
What will be your challenge? (Key accountabilities)
- Incident management and resolution: A large part of your day will be spent proactively managing incidents with the different carriers, always looking for ways to optimize and reduce incidents before the customer contacts us.
- Organization and monitoring of transports and shipments: planning and management of international loads (import/export), providing quick and effective solutions to minimize the impact on the service, customs document management, and collaborating in the continuous improvement of processes.
- Monitoring KPIs and statistics: analyze the different key KPIs, monitor service levels to ensure standards and planned delivery dates, update the different tracking documents, and analyze and follow up on customer contacts.
- New Projects: Identify improvement opportunities to optimize our logistic processes.
What will make you succeed? (Skills, know-how and experience)
- You are an analytical person with a desire to learn in the Operations area. You are able to analyze data and monitor KPIs.
- High level of Excel. It will be your main working tool.
- You have the ability to solve problems and manage incidents effectively.
- Proactivity: You are able to identify problems in detail and propose solutions.
- Adaptability to change so we can keep improving.
- University degree.
- An intermediate-high level of English, both spoken and written.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
In addition, we would especially like to see…👀
- Previous experience in B2C/B2B transport management, especially in an e-commerce model.
- Knowledge in coordination with freight forwarders and custom management.
- It would be great if you spoke French.
