As a Senior Project Manager focused on Payments at Fever, you’ll be integral in optimizing the global payment strategy to ensure an efficient, user-centered experience both online and onsite.
About the role:
- Oversee and coordinate the strategic implementation of Fever’s payment solutions worldwide, ensuring a market-fit approach for new countries and regions.
- Align payment functionalities and integrations with Fever’s global expansion plans, prioritizing features by market demand and payment method.
- Monitor and analyze payment performance metrics across active markets, identifying trends to optimize transaction success rates and minimize payment friction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product, Business Development, and Fraud Prevention, to ensure seamless integration and execution of payment solutions.
- Manage relationships with existing and potential payment providers, negotiating terms to secure favorable conditions and facilitate Fever’s international growth.
- Define and implement best practices for performance data analysis, encompassing dispute rates, transaction declines, and fraud prevention.
- Ensure a robust reporting framework for payment performance, enabling data-driven decisions that drive user satisfaction and profitability.
About you:
- 4+ years in project management, ideally within the payments or fintech sector, with experience in cross-functional collaboration and strategy.
- Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated history of leveraging data to improve operational performance.
- Proven track record in relationship management, particularly with payment providers and related stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, highly organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
