We are looking for a Fund Operations intern on a rolling basis, with a minimum commitment of four months, who will drive various topics to contribute to bunch's growth and learning by doing.

How the role contributes to the company vision
You will have the unique opportunity to help us operationalise our go-to-market strategy in the fund administration space and gain valuable insights from customers in the enterprise segment
You will support our Fund Operations team on business-crucial topics, from execution to process improvement, tackling real-life operational challenges
You’ll have a direct impact on user experience and the success of the business by ensuring the deals we facilitate are executed at the highest possible quality
This role is set up to equip you with the skills to succeed in a full-time Operations role at bunch, a VC, or any other startup
Top responsibilities
You will be part of our Fund Operations team, supporting the execution of pre- and post-close operations processes, including capital calls and distributions
You will manage treasury services for our enterprise customers to ensure timely payments
You will support the coordination and communication with external stakeholders, customers, and users
Most importantly, you will identify and develop opportunities to improve our workflows to enhance the quality and speed of delivery
What you should bring with you
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (VC, consulting, investment banking, etc.) or an operations-related role, ideally at a startup company
Excellent attention to detail - you are able to catch the corner case every time and are a reliable team member
Curiosity and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and optimisation
Understanding of fund services and operations or experience in fund law, including a basic knowledge of fund structures. Interest in venture and private asset investing is a plus
Ideally, previous experience with automation and database tools, such as Zapier, Make, Noco, Airtable, Retool, or others
Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
You have a positive mindset and humour!
