Are you ready for the next phase of your growth?
We are looking for a stellar Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex problems within the B2B enterprise space and preferably has addressed concerns around product adoption with use cases such as onboarding / First time use & ongoing usage & friction points. You will be part of a new product line with an opportunity to grow it to $10M & beyond! You will work with a close-knit motivated team of rock stars both on the development & Go to Market (GTM) side.
What do you get to do?
- Define the product strategy & plan through deep market research, discovery by interviewing customers & users in our target segment
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements identifying the “end state”, breaking them down into “iterations” to drive development with a bias towards faster time to market & learning
- Ability to stack rank stories with effective balance of customer problem/value, applicability to broader target market and utilisation of development resources
- Build consensus across stakeholders – Management, Customer/Customer Success, GTM, development -- by clearly articulating the product decisions and choices
- Drive product launches including working with PR team, R&D, design, sales & marketing
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness & understanding for both internal & external stakeholders
What you need to have/ bring to the table:
- Must have 2-3 years experience as a Product Manager for B2B/Enterprise market with ownership from concept to launch
- Proven experience in building B2B products from scratch (0...1) and hunger to build products from scratch at an enterprise scale.
- Experience addressing concerns around product adoption with use cases such as onboarding / First time use, ongoing usage & friction points is highly desirable
- Comfortable conducting customer interviews remotely and in person with customers & users in our target segment with deep empathy around customer process & pain points
- Proven experience of taking decisions based on validated learning combining qualitative and quantitative data analysis (Knowledge of Analytical and Data Mining tool is a plus)
- Experience driving solutions by working with design, developers, along with other internal & external stakeholders
- Working knowledge of lean methodology, agile & iterative development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
