About Whatfix Bizapps Team
The Bizapps team at Whatfix plays a critical role in enabling operational excellence by managing and optimizing key internal business applications. We support various departments like Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations by providing data-driven insights, streamlining workflows, and enhancing productivity through scalable technology solutions.
We are looking for a Product Management Intern to support multiple pods within Bizapps. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in product management, process optimization, and technical collaboration in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Role Overview
As a Product Management Intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to assist in managing roadmaps, optimizing workflows, and driving operational efficiency for multiple pods. You will gain exposure to product development, business strategy, and data-driven decision-making, helping shape the internal tools and systems that power Whatfix’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support multiple pods by assisting in product research, requirement gathering, and execution of product strategies.
Work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
Conduct market and user research to identify trends and best practices for improving internal operational efficiency.
Analyze data metrics, user behavior, and system performance to identify optimization opportunities.
Document processes, create reports, and support sprint planning & execution.
Requirements
Recent graduate or final-year student in Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related fields.
Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
Basic understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies is a plus.
Enthusiastic about technology, SaaS, and internal business applications.
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
