What you can expect
You’ll be responsible for investigating, assessing, and prioritising opportunities for Brigad’s product, building an expertise on the markets in which Brigad operates in and its competitive landscape.
Taking advantage of your strong connection with our users, you’ll be advocating for their point of view, especially regarding short to mid-term staffing needs. On top of that, your business acumen will help you find the equation that makes sense for the company’s strategy.
Entrepreneur-oriented, you embrace opportunities, take ownership of your initiatives, and are not afraid to get hands-on when testing your ideas.
You will operate within a cross-functional squad made of Product Designers and Product Engineers owning a scope of “user experiences” and driving efforts towards a business outcome and our product vision.
As a squad you will have full ownership over your roadmap and will contribute to delivering impactful initiatives to reach those goals.

In your daily activities you will focus on:- Interact with users and customers to create empathy and deeply understand their diverse user needs and perspectives
- Research market trends and find a sweet spot for Brigad’s positioning among the competition
- Align with stakeholders promoting collaboration through workshops or presentations, especially with Sales and Operations
- Guide your squad towards the vision, fostering a motivating and collaborative environment, where everyone feels empowered to contribute their best
- Test your ideas and hypothesis quickly to help deliver impactful solutions and actionable learnings that address user needs.
- Contribute to defining clear, outcome-driven roadmaps that align with user needs and business priorities
- Communicate clearly and proactively about your work to help spread your learnings to the Product team and the company as a whole
- Define and coordinate Go To Market strategies with Product Marketing, Marketing and CRM teams to ensure successful product launches and market impact
- Define success metrics and evaluate results to inform your choices and assess if your work moved the needle and helped us reach our goals
About you- You have 6+ years of experience in building products, preferably marketplaces
- You want to get things done and are willing to take risks and shortcuts
- You embrace change and are not afraid to explore new approaches to create impact
- You’re able to conduct user research, and use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your decisions
- You know how to communicate your vision to convince stakeholders about the choices you make
- You never shy away from testing new things or tools such as AI to help you move faster towards your outcome
- You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills to engage with all team members within the company

We also offer 4 additional days of leave in the month following the return from maternity/paternity leave, to enable employees to ease back into work in the best possible conditions.
Care: We identify ourselves as an office first company but with a flexible working environment where you don’t have to chose between working or spending time with the people you care the most. We offer up to 7 days of remote work per month in France and for our employees having parents/grandparents living in another country, we offer them a full remote week to spend more time with them every year.
