As part of the Logistics squad, we are in charge of the company's warehouse, our goal is to maximise the value we provide to our customers while minimising operational costs.
What will be your challenge? (Key accountabilities)
- You will work on the deepest part of the products in an autonomous and multidisciplinary product team to provide solutions according to the business needs.
- You will lead and develop technical and business strategies with the close collaboration of your manager.
- You will ensure that the solutions you work on are scalable, maintainable, stable and accessible.
- You will mainly develop on a Java-based ecosystem with clean architecture and event-oriented on the back.
- You will contribute to the quality of the products developed through testing.
What will make you succeed? (Skills, know-how and experience)
- To feel comfortable in the project, you should ideally have at least 3+ years of real hands-on experience in backend programming in a professional environment with Java 17/21 and the latest SpringBoot versions.
- You love working following Domain-Driven Design principles building event-oriented products.
- Knowledge of SOLID and CQS principles, and also you know about CQRS/ES architectures.
- Ideally, your code is written using functional programming.
- You are not afraid of technical challenges, in fact, you are hungry for the impossible. You love coding and you are ready to offer fresh ideas. You can learn, understand and want to develop great practices aligned with our technical challenges.
- You will have a product-oriented mindset.
- You want to work closely with product, design, data analysts and other engineering departments to specify, build, test and deploy new features.
- As a technical senior of the team, you will be responsible for guiding and accompanying your team, being always available to help when technical issues or doubts arise.
