The role in a nutshell:
The HR Services Manager (HRSM) plays a vital role within the Global Employment Outsourcing (GEO) organisation, by providing expert HR advice to a range of global clients relating to Employment Laws in Greece.
How you will make a difference:
- Main point of contact for all HR related questions throughout the worker life cycle
- Working with the Operations Team to ensure successful onboarding for all new GEO workers
- Proactively supporting the delivery of all the GEO HR processes encompassing handbooks, policies, practices and procedures.
- Developing all types of contracts of employment ensuring legal compliance
- Managing complex HR projects and issues with Workers/Clients. Including Performance Management, terminations & transfer of employment
- Apply and update, HR policies, procedures and work conditions as well as ensuring their communication and compliance
- Actively identifying gaps in processes and make recommendations/implement changes necessary to mitigate risk
- Assisting with the monthly payroll for all workers with our local payroll partner
What will give you an advantage:
- Strong Greek Labor Law Experience
- HR experience; Management of Employment Terminations is essential
- Fluent in Greek & English is essential
- Experience in advising on complicated Employment Relations Issues
- Previous payroll experience is desirable
