What will be your challenge? (Key accountabilities)
- You will need to understand historical financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) and be able to extract information from the analysis.
- You will carry out different financial analysis across group operations in order to obtain conclusions on performance and provide solutions for internal improvement.
- You will contribute to the updating and preparation of key monthly reports, such as monthly group management accounts, results by market and other financial/functional KPIs.
- You will attend to current and new investor requests and documentation (quarterly board meetings, …).
- You will actively participate in the preparation of the financial plan.
- You will monitor and optimise business KPIs and analyse deviations.
- You will obtain a relevant level of knowledge across all business areas by understanding processes, challenges and opportunities.
- You will challenge current controlling processes in order to provide solutions to improve it since day 1 with the goal of having an agile and efficient function.
What will make you succeed? (Skills, know-how and experience)
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Controlling or Financial Planning departments. Previous experience in a start-up environment; preferably a B2C online company is a plus.
- You must have solid knowledge of financial analysis and accounting and knowledge of data processing tools (SQL, Power BI…)
- You speak and write English fluently.
- You have a strong domain of the office package.

- You are a quick learner and can handle the ownership of various tasks and projects in parallel.
- You have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and are able to communicate with several departments on a daily basis.

- You are enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about the start-up universe and the fashion world
- And the most important: eager to learn.
