The role:
The Key Account Sales Associate will provide vital operational support to the Key Accounts Squad. You will play a key role in managing rate review/renewal administration, processing data, and ensuring background administrative processes are executed with accuracy and efficiency. The role will enhance the Key Accounts Squad’s capacity to focus on high-value strategic activities, such as client engagement, upselling, and cross-selling, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Renewals Operations
- Manage operational tasks related to the rate reviews/renewals of existing contracts, ensuring all relevant documentation is up to date, accurate, and compliant.
- Coordinate with Key Account Managers to ensure a smooth renewals process
- Collaborate with brokers to gather essential data required for the renewals process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client records.
- Maintain CRM systems and other relevant databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide general administrative support for existing business, including document management, system updates, and data integrity checks.
- Help create Management Information presentations for Key Account renewals
- Serve as a liaison between the Key Accounts Squad and the Existing Business
- Admin team, helping streamline processes and reduce administrative load.
- Support the Existing Business Admin team by reducing their administrative burden, enabling greater focus on client-facing and revenue-generating activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
Essential Skills:
- Organisational and administrative expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with an emphasis on precision and attention to detail.
- Data handling: Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately, ensuring high data integrity and eliminating errors.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight, Tableau, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external brokers.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in Group Risk or Healthcare Administration (GR1 or IF7 certifications would be an advantage).
- Familiarity with MI deck creation and client renewal and rate review processes is beneficial
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong administrative experience, ideally within a sales support or account management environment.
- Knowledge of Group Risk or Healthcare products(GR1 or IF7 certifications would be an advantage).
- Experience with CRM tools and administrative software packages.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of written and verbal communication
