In your role as a Workforce Growth Specialist (m/f/d), you will design and execute the automation of multiple growth processes. You will collaborate with local country teams to improve our hiring platform funnels, automate engagement campaigns, and create insightful dashboards.
Job Description
- Workforce Engagement Campaigns
- Design, implement, and analyse campaigns to boost workforce performance and retention, using CRM softwares such as Braze, Intercom, Salesforce
- Automate campaigns using CRM resources such as API triggers, scripts, etc.
- Data Tracking and AB Testing
- Establish tracking systems for engagement campaigns and enforce AB-testing best practices.
- Data Analysis and Visualization
- Use SQL, GSheets, Looker, and Tableau to gather and visualize data, providing actionable insights for lifecycle decision-making.
- Hiring Funnel Optimization
- Streamline the hiring process, reduce bottlenecks, and improve conversion rates, enhancing efficiency and visibility for all stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with local teams to align Workforce lifecycle strategies with business goals, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Analytical mindset, ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights;
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel and other programming languages (e.g. Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, HTML, etc);
- You have excellent written and spoken communication in English;
- Willingness to relocate to Berlin.
