About the role 💼
As a Founder's Associate, you’ll work closely with the founder to shape and execute the company’s vision. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-level decision-making and a wide variety of business functions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You'll play a pivotal role in driving strategy, managing critical projects, and ensuring operational excellence.
What you'll do 🛠️
Here’s what you can expect to work on:
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and founders on strategy development, go-to-market planning, investor relations, and operational improvements.
- Lead detailed analyses to identify opportunities for growth and improvement across various areas of the business.
- Oversee the implementation of new initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Drive end-to-end processes with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Manage special projects that align with the company’s goals and priorities.
What we'd love to see 😍
- 1–3 years of experience in a top-tier investment bank, MBB consulting firm, or a high-growth startup.
- A self-starter with a proven track record of excellence and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills, with bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) as a plus.
