About the role
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist you will be on the company’s front line and you will be a reflection of the level of service we give our clients. One of the most challenging goals at Amenitiz is to keep our clients happy throughout their journey with us.
Your mission will be to guide our new customers through digital transformation. Your expertise in Amenitiz software and abilities to train our customers efficiently will bring their Business to a new level with Amenitiz.
Your mission
- Be part of an amazing team of people, working closely with your team leader, and delivering the best service possible to hoteliers and property owners.
- As the next in line after the sale, you will have a direct impact on ensuring client acquisition, by showing and demonstrating the value of Amenitiz for their businesses.
- You will use great product knowledge, pedagogy & empathy skills to ensure client retention and make sure Amenitiz will be the last tool they need!
- You will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction & product adoption, by building great trust and show your expertise of the industry.
- Make sure clients know how to use Amenitiz and help them become product experts themselves.
- Build solid relationships with our customers to limit the churn rate by setting them up for success.
- Ensure optimal use of the solution and look for opportunities to increase revenue per customer by offering relevant cross-selling solutions.
About you
- You have outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written, in Spanish and English.
- You have at least some previous experience in a customer-facing role, handling direct communications with them.
- You are a solution-finder rather than a problem-solver.
- You have a strong customer orientation and the ability to adapt to each client to provide a personalised experience.
- Empathy is one of your strongest abilities, you are able to put yourself in the customers’ shoes and actively handle their requests.
- With excellent organisation and coordination skills, you are not afraid to think outside the box for solutions.
