What You'll Do

Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy
Build and lead a team of 12+ Field Sales Representatives
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams
Track KPIs and manage sales forecasts and territory planning
Coach sales representatives in the field 3–4 days per week
Drive revenue growth and build strong regional partnerships

Who You Are

Proven leader in Field Sales Leadership, preferably in fintech, telecom, or B2B SaaS
Consistent record of surpassing sales targets and growing sales teams
Expert in KPIs, sales metrics, and market expansion strategies
Entrepreneur at heart with a talent for hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent
Experienced in working with SMEs and passionate about their success
Ready to travel within your assigned region
