We are growing quickly & looking for a stellar Instructional Designer professional to join our Global Customer Success and Services team in Bangalore who can bring the hustle associated with a fast-paced environment to succeed.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to create cutting-edge Whatfix learning content for global clients.
- Identify training needs with Stakeholders and SMEs and understanding the knowledge gaps, skills required, and goals of the training.
- Simplify complex concepts and create engaging learning content to enhance the skills.
- Structure and design curriculum that focuses on achieving learning outcomes.
- Create style guides that are applied to have visual formats, for e-learning modules, instructor-led training, videos, infographics, or hands-on activities.
- Address customer learning queries and provide data on their leaning progress.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge.
- Improve existing content with innovative approaches.
Required Expertise:
- Professional writing skills with a knack for visually engaging content and awareness of the Instructional Design Principles.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- 1 - 5 years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or technical writing.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good authoring and documentation skills
- Created user guides or Instructional manuals for internal or external audiences
- Ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and design walkthroughs to navigate them
- Thinks creatively and drives innovation
- Has strategic and critical thinking skills
- Should manage complex and concurrent projects
- Possesses the ability to work with a diverse set of people
- Shows strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and respond to shifting deadlines
- Experience working for a SaaS product-based company preferred
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred - Flexible to work in EMEA shift (1 PM - 10 PM)
